Theresa took care of my uncle one day - was somewhat of an emergency. She squeezed him in, in between her other appointments and resolved our care issues quickly. She was so patient, kind, caring....I told her she was an angel.
My cardiologist set me up with Ohioans to receive Coumadin testing post heart surgery as I was not able yet to drive to a facility. Ohioans contacted me immediately, assigned one of their nurses/case managers to me and that same day I received a call from the nurse. Ashley, the nurse/case manager assigned to me was very knowledgeable, professional, and supporting.
Terrible company and dishonest employees. From our experience they neglected my dad and after removing and replacing many employees at every level never got any better. Final straw was when money went missing after being left in our home alone. They do not perform their duties and are very lazy. Don't allow this company in your home, you'll be sorry if you do.
I have had several family members with Ohioans Home Healthcare and they provided wonderful care! The nurses are so kind and became like family. I would highly recommend them!
