Dr. Croak is a very caring, gentle, and compassionate doctor. He takes the time to actually listen to your problems and discuss treatment options. He seems knowledgeable about the latest therapies and procedures. When other doctors dismissed my problems, Dr. Croak fixed them! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
I work for Dr. Croak. The professional manner in which the office is run is great. I have worked several places in Toledo and have been a client in several offices but I am most comfortable here. Our patients are wonderful and are easy to work with. They really seem to appreciate the care given by CNP' s and Dr. Croak.
I had a horrible experience with Tracey. Not only did she have no bedside manner, which I can over look for professionalism, but not after the things I went through during the appointment. During the exam the nurse opened the door two times exposing me to the hallway. Then during the exam Tracey did two painful things without explaining them prior. The rectal and then swabbing my urethra. The swab was a 10 on the pain scale and I left shaking because I was in so much pain. I spoke to the office manager regarding these issues who said she would speak to the doctor (Tracey's husband). Needless to say I've heard absolutely nothing in regards to this nightmare.
Everyone in the office is so friendly and caring! Dr. Croak and and the nurse practitioners are great - very easy to talk to. Highly recommend the entire office!
