Just signed up and cancelled in the same day. I stood and waited to be helped by a chick playing on her phone. Had no customer service skills. It was a "what do you want" kind of attitude. I asked for assistance in using some of the machines. I was told there was a trainer who could help but I had to wait for her to finish a class. The class was her standing over an older lady watching her do mountain climbers. She never came to help me. I asked again for assistance but was told she needed to vacuum the bathrooms. So then I decided to walk on the treadmill. I was walking next to a lady on the stair machine who got yelled at for walking with a weight on her back. When the lady got off of the machine I asked her what happened and she said apparently your not allowed to use free weights on the cardio machines. There are no signs. They didn't tell me that when I signed up. The worker was pretty rude considering.
Nice gym.
I like the location, but sad part is all built with not only out of town contractors but out of state! Northwest Ohio has great contractors who HIRE LOCAL PEOPLE. Imagine that, people who pay to use this place can't earn where they live. Pf doesn't believe in local labor. But willing to take their $$$. Sad.
I still hate working out.
I spent an entire week working out early in the morning with a TV locked on an infomercial that played for a couple hours, advertising XXX toys and other objects. In disbelief that it was not corrected and hearing other members complain I finally complained. I was told it cannot be changed. Four days later it was finally changed. Whatever water under the bridge. Until, I came in the other day during my normal work out time and a MALE employee was in the FEMALE restroom taking a NUMBER 2. I hate this place. I do not recommend it to anyone. DONE.
Nice and clean. Only down side is it can get real busy. Just learn to adapt schedule or your workout. Staff is nice, always saying goodbye when I am leaving.
