Recently joined 9 round and I love it. The staff here is all encouraging and great teachers. I love the flexibility of being able to come at any time and jump in. This workout is nine 3 minute exercises, ranging from jump roping to punches and kicks to core exercises. Worth coming in for the free first timer work out.
