Loved this experience and the atmosphere. One of a kind relaxation compete with tea and an oxygen bar. Absolutely worth visiting again and again.
I didnt care for floating, I got claustrophobic and got out after 20 minutes. Which I wouldn't be giving a bad review for not liking the service. But, customer service was lacking towards me. He went out of his way to talk to other clients and make sure they were all set, but I stood in the lobby after my float for 10 minutes without him acknowledging me. I was never asked how my expireince was nor why I was out early. When he checked my groupon he didnt even look at me once, he went right back to trying to sell memberships, and I was unsure if I could leave or not. But props to the cleaness of the rooms and very nice showers.
Overall, I liked the experience that I felt even before going to the float pod. All the staff were very attentive and answered any questions that I may have. This is a great place to come to feel relaxation and to ultimately feel a state of bliss. However, in my personal opinion it will take time because we are so use to all the distractions. Therefore I decided to buy a membership because I saw the long term benefit this is going to offer me.
The guy who works here (possibly the owner) is SO nice and helpful. The place is so beautiful and calming. The floating itself is an interesting experience, but I really enjoyed it and will absolutely be back. I really cannot stress how nice the staff was, made the experience way better. I'm very pleased overall!
Had a free visit ended up buying a monthly membership, definitely relaxing and great stress reliever and amazing how soft your skin feels during and after, well worth it
