I called them on a Monday, they came out on Tuesday, fixed the compressor on Wednesday. Done deal. I asked them if I could post a review -- and they directed me here -- because they were so good and easy to work with. I dealt with Shirley in the office and then Zach at my home. As far as spending money on something unexpected, this was as good as could be expected.
They are extremely overpriced. Actually that is an understatement. They completely overcharge without remorse!!!!!! Had them come out to replace two toilets. I provided the toilets and they charged me almost $800. He was only there 2 hours and as I said before, I provided the new toilets. This was on a normal work day (no special price for holiday or after hours). DO NOT USE!!! when I questioned or asked about the price they were very rude!!!
Great business! One of the best plumbing services that I have ever used. They came out to snake out our drains and I couldn't be happier with the results. The plumber who came out was very nice as well!
Was on a Friday afternoon at my uncle's house in a panic because water was flowing out of the sink into the dishwasher then onto kitchen floor. Called Perrysburg Plumbing because many years prior they did amazing work on 3 bathrooms in my home. Jason came out and found the problem was a clogged disposal which was also improperly connected, causing drainage into dishwasher. He unclogged, repositioned disposal and even tightened the loose screws on the cabinet doors when he thought no one was looking. I made it sound easy, but it was a lot of work, laying under the sink inside the cabinet. Love that guy and Perrysburb Plumbing. And Zach who asked Jason to come over on a late Fri. Great company, great guys. I forgot, Jason even put covers on his shoes before coming into the house. Doesn't get much better than that.
PERRYSBURG PLUMBING BAILED US OUT OF A BIG JAM AT A FAIR PRICE. The sewer drain broke in the crawl beneath our kitchen. We contacted Perrysburg Plumbing and they had men on site immediately. The owner was in Colorado at the time but was able to evaluate the issue from photos texted to him and schedule a team to begin next day (we had to bring in a hazardous waste clean up team first before the plumbers could start). It took two and a half days to repair (60 year old galvanized plumbing). The crew stayed at it; they were professional, courteous, explained every step and respected our property. We were charged a very reasonable price for all the work that had to be done - which they asked for approval before proceeding. We will call them again.
