Levis Commons has been consistently well maintained. On more than one occasion, I have seen a Cinemark associate take a mop into a theater to clean the tile or vinyl flooring. (not sure what type of flooring it is). The associates are very friendly to me. I always get a pizza when I see a movie at Levis commons( pizza takes 8 mins to cook). One time the associate offered to bring in the pizza to me in the theater, so I would not miss the movie. I was running late that day. I enjoy walking into the foyer part of the theater because it is always well lit. Other movie theaters I have been to are too dark for my liking.
Went to see Star Wars the last Jedi in theater 11 and the screen was cut off 4 feet on the sides and 2 feet at the top and bottom. The manager Jason was very helpful. He explained what happened and apologized they didn't catch it. He offered a refund and free tickets on another showing.
I wish it was an indoor mall. Stores are mostly upscale.

Me and my cousin came here to watch the Annabelle movie, waiting all summer just for this movie btw. Well I'm 17 and my cousin's 16 . We buy our tickets for 10:10pm showing, no problem. We drove 30 miles because this is the closest theatre. We're about to enter the movie and this woman tells us to show her our id's. She denied us entry to the movie because my cousin was 16. She at least could've cut us some slack. I understand it's the policy, but do you really think a 16 year old teenager would be emotionally unstable due to the movie?? Horrible experience. Ruined our night.
This location had an odd smell AND worst of all a bug jumped on my arm in the movie. Praying it was not a bed bug as I've heard some theaters have a problem. I am not likely to return.
