This store is awful. The manager Jojuana is a lazy lying stereotype. Ordered pizza, waited 40 minutes, checked the tracker thing on the website. It had been sitting “being double checked for perfection by Jojuana” for 20 minutes. Called the store and was informed “that tracker never works right” and my pizza had just left the store. Pizza arrived another 15 minutes later but when it arrived it was so burnt it was inedible. Appearently it had been sitting under the heat lamps for that period of 20 minutes. Called Jojuana and she proceeded to blame the drivers saying it’s their job to make the pizza. This was our most recent time
Ordering from this location, the time before was about a year ago when the driver was so high he ran into our closed garage door. Poor service, worse people in charge.
Of the 3 locations in and around my town, none of them will deliver to my house in a nice safe neighborhood.
Ordered online and it took more than double the estimated delivery time. Had I known it was going to take an hour I would not have ordered. Food came room temperature. Wherever the mistake was made... not happy with this store.
I love the crust and the pizza is always hot. Never been disappointed with the pizza that they served me.
