They fix the billing, which may be a mercy as a whole thing, and they would get 5 stars easy from my family.
The staff did an amazing job helping diagnose and treat my medical emergency. Incredibly professional, the facility was very clean and I was seen within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Would highly recommend this hospital.
My husband Chuck had stage 4 brain,mouth,lung cancer they were so wonderful to the both of us . They all went beyond ther daily jobs to comfort BOTH of us 1 of his doctors and nurses came to hospice with gifts for us unbelievable. So much love for them
We do all of our labs, x-rays, blood tests here. The phlebotomists are all top notch and helpful with my youngest who hates the quarterly blood draws and always struggles. They always get results back quickly as well.
It's a shame, because the ER experience went well, but I will NEVER go there again, and will be sure to tell everyone I know to AVOID this ER due to the billing department.
The billing department is awful. After giving them billing information and workers comp. claim information on several different occasions, they continued to send me bills. Every time I called, they said they never received an address to send the claim to. When I verified the address by a simple google search, which they could've done, AND called the claim office to verify the address as well, I called the billing department back, gave them the information and was told it would be submitted. A month later I received a collection notice. I called and was told they never received an address. I told them I called and gave them the address. I was told that they had in the notes that I did call back, but the call was disconnected before they were able to get the address. This was completely untrue as I spoke to a person and she thanked me for the info. and told me the claim would be submitted. Now, they have no idea how to remedy the situation, and when I asked to speak to someone who could help me, the line was disconnected during transfer.
As far as the ER goes it has been a great alternative to St. Luke's for us. From back injuries to asthma attacks we have never had an extended wait or any problems. The doctors and nurses have all been exceptional.
We have been here multiple times for illness and sports injury. This facility actually makes going in for urgent care a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and compassionate, service is speedy and thorough. We have never waited.
The reason I give only 4 out of 5 (more like a 4.5) is their billing system is pretty bad. Each visit generates a new account number, making the tracking of whether or not you paid difficult. Plus, we receive a new bill it seems like every 10 days and they do not have explanations on them after the first one. I haven't been able to pay them yet without calling to clarify if I have already paid the bill i just received. At one point I had paid received the bill 2 more times and got a refund check of the amount in the mail before realizing the bill was paid and they had entered the wrong account number.
