Do your homework! Get a second opinion! I am so glad I did or I would have been left with a permanent dis-figuration!
I sat in the waiting are for 30 minutes before I was seen. When I spoke with the representative she seem knowledgeable. But when It came time for her to give me the prices on the areas I wanted for laser hair removal, she only wanted to inform me about the brizillian. She printed of the price for the procedure and gave it to me. I went there so I could get a price for all the areas I wanted done. For example: armpits, arms, legs, lip, sideburns, abdomen. She would not print off the prices for the other areas. She said it was because the prices change to often, so she didnt want to print them and give them to me. When i told her i was coming to get the prices on everything because i wanted all the areas done, it still didnt change her mind. Every time I asked about these areas she would brush them off and go back to the brizillian. And because of this i decided not to use the business with them. I came to get information on all 10 areas i wanted laser removal for, but she would only talk to me about one (The most expensive one). During my 30 minite wait i looked on google and found other businesses that do the same procedure for literally 20% of there original price. So When I told her I wasn't ready to look at there financing program, she continued the try to pressure me into it anyway. So i just told her i was appointment elsewhere so that we could finish up and I could leave.

4 months after the last treatmeant (9 total) the hair is back. Save your money.
On the positive I will say: Cool Sculpting, the procedure I had, worked for me! Ideal Image has the newer machines. Also, Initially...I was impressed with the Nurse assigned to me...but now...in hindsight, I wish I would have 'shopped' around more regarding Medical staffing and Prices...in other facilities - NOT Ideal Image - in the Toledo area...there is actually certified Plastic Surgeons who do this procedure; Ideal Image only has Nurses on staff. A real 'con' regarding Ideal Image for me is: Prices: there is no price list posted, the sales rep takes one in an office and pecks away at the calculator, throwing out several different price packages at you-that's where I wish I would have 'shopped' around; how is one to know if they were treated fairly price wise...the whole staff works on commission??? At the end of the day...Cool Sculpting procedure worked for me. I just wished I would have 'shopped' around to find offers and what is provided by other facilities before deciding on Ideal Image.
