Very disappointed. Spent $50 on flowers for wife and had her send me a pic of them. Looked like $2 worth of flowers, very poorly arranged. I emailed to complain, asking them to email me back. No response. Never again will I use Ken's. Total ripoff.
Do not bother.
Monday called to voice my disappointment and the most I got was an I'm sorry. No offer of any credit or discount on future order.
This florist created the most beautiful arrangement of two dozen pink roses for a dearly departed loved ones funeral. It was so appreciated by his family. I have used them for years and will continue to do so.
By Sunday morning they looked awful. Half were at the floor.
Ordered balloons for a Sunday morning event. Asked for Sunday delivery but could not be guaranteed early delivery so requested latest Saturday to insure freshest possible helium balloons.
I had flowers bought for me from Kens Flowers, they were delivered by a very friendly man and they are by far the most beautiful flower arrangement I have seen in my life! Absolutely STUNNING!!!!
