The customer service lady that helped me was not helpful and super rude. This store has lost my business.
I was very dissatisfied trying to return an item today for store credit. I bought an item that costed 34.99 and wanted to return it and get store credit to buy baby items at 34.99 but because I received kohls cash on this they would only give me $15 back in store credit for the item I paid 34.99. I don't understand why they couldn't just give me store credit for what I paid for the item. It would have been like a fair trade.
Great! Very helpful employees for finding things and price checks. Quick checkout. Only thing was kiosks price checks not working. But other than that great. Not a messy store. Thanks making my trip easy!
Wayyyyy too crowded with merchandise. Hard to maneuver the store. On the positive, great clearance on clothes.
Even though the store can be very busy I always have a a great experience and a quick checkout. Product is stocked our fully, although a little messy, but understandable this time of year. Definitely recommend shopping here.
Went in the morning and it was already a disaster. The employees putting clothes back from the dressing rooms didn't put them back neatly or in the right spot. Nothing was folded and there were regular priced items in with the 50% off and clearance. Clearance tags were not updated. The pictures weren't even the worst of it.
