I have visited the parts department at Selking International a few times. They usually have the part I need. If they do not, they can order it and have it the next day. I have always received the correct part and the parts have always been of good quality.
Came in with a bad alternator. Service was quick and courteous. Service advisor Chase was very helpful and kept me up to date with the status of my truck.
I visited the service department over Thanksgiving weekend. My truck would not build air pressure. I arrived mid-morning on Friday. The service manager, Dave, had a technician look at my truck within 10 minutes. I was told that it was the air compressor. Dave gave me an estimate and I asked him to fix it. The truck was fixed by that evening. That is no small feat considering that the air compressor is on the back of the engine, under the dog house, between 6th and 7th gear. I was impressed and it came in at the low end of the estimate too.
Horrible service evertime i brought my truck in there the more screwed up it was. Wish there was an option for negative stars.
